1、先下载正确的BIN文件，可在官网上搜软件下载，注意型号H20是增强型的(WA1208EH20-CMW520-R1115P15-FAT，需要H3C账号才可下载)。
2、将WA1208EH20-CMW520-R1115P15-FAT.bin改成wa1208h20_fat.bin(一个字都不能错)
3、将文件放到TFTP服务器软件的根目录中
4、加电启动AP，ctl+b进入BOOTWARE模式

8、现在可以用TFTP来灌IOS了，主菜单选择3，再选择2开始升级
9、升级结束后，选择9确认一下启动的硬件为FLASH

11、加载镜像进入到正常的命令行界面后，设置启动文件
12、设置WEB界面登录的用户名和密码
