告警信息

现场WX5540X开局，工程师在未确认最初版本信息情况下，直接用的R5461P01版本文件升级AC，指定版本文件重启后，发现设备不断重启，console口可正常进入bootware页面。

问题描述

系统输出如下：

过程分析

对于V9的WX5500X系列控制器升级存在相关限制： 从WX5500X-CMW710-E5452P05之前的版本升级到WX5500X-CMW710-E5452P05及之后的版本，必须升级ISO镜像版本 。

解决方法

参考官网重装新版本的ISO镜像后恢复正常。
