现场AC上配置了限制终端接入数量2，但实际上客户端数超过2还是能关联。

过程分析

现场配置了client association-location ap，客户端关联位置在AC上时，客户端与AP关联的过程将由AC处理，管理报文通过CAPWAP隧道透传到AC。选择客户端关联位置在AC上具有安全和管理上的优势，但是当AC与AP之间的网络复杂，由于管理报文到达AC所需时间较长影响到关联过程时，建议将客户端关联位置配置在AP上，直接由AP处理客户端的关联过程。

client max-count 2可以在服务模板下，也可以在射频口下配置，也可以终端关联位置在AP上选择在射频口下面配置。

解决方法

client association-location ap改成默认的client association-location ac。
